6. Qualification Duration and Regulatory Compliance

6.1 Awarding Body Requirements

All qualifications delivered are subject to the rules and specifications of awarding organisations regulated by Ofqual, including:

These awarding bodies require compliance with:

  • Guided Learning Hours (GLH)
  • Minimum delivery and assessment periods
  • Internal and external quality assurance processes

6.2 Minimum Duration Expectations

  • Academic integrity
  • Compliance with specifications
  • Sufficient time for learning and assessment

6.3 Sequential Certification Requirements

  • Completion and verification of one level before certification of the next
  • Evidence that minimum learning requirements have been met

As a result:

  • Certification timelines may extend for multiple levels

6.4 No Guarantee of Accelerated Completion

  • No guarantee is made for completion in shorter timeframes
  • All durations are estimates only

7. Certification and Awarding Body Processing

7.1 Issuing Authority

  • Certificates are issued solely by the relevant awarding organisation

7.2 Standard Processing Time

  • Certification typically takes 3 to 4 months after completion and verification

7.3 Delays and Extended Timeframes

Certification may take longer due to:

  • External quality assurance processes
  • Submission cycles
  • High volumes or backlog
  • Regulatory compliance checks

7.4 No Guaranteed Timeframes

  • All timelines are estimates only
  • Subject to awarding body control

The institution is not responsible for delays outside its control.

8. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Complete coursework
  • Engage with the course
  • Comply with requirements

Failure to do so may:

  • Delay completion or certification
  • Affect refund eligibility

Students may:

  • Submit complaints via institutional procedures
  • Escalate to the awarding organisation where applicable

10. Liability

The institution shall not be liable for:
